AI readiness & business workflow audit

See what slows you down.
Know what to improve.

We review how work gets done and where AI could help—or where it isn’t needed.

Discuss your audit scope

Scope, deliverables, fees, and timing are agreed before work begins.

Your business comes first

Four things we look at.
One practical starting point.

New software is not always the answer.

How work moves

What we review

Where requests enter, who owns each handoff, and where exceptions or repeat work accumulate.

The tools you use

What we review

Which records are available, whether they agree, and what supported connections your tools allow.

Who can do what

What we review

What a solution may read or change, who reviews sensitive actions, and when a person must step in.

What is worth trying

What we review

A starting baseline, practical constraints, and a small test with an agreed measure of success.

Before you commit

Know what to expect.
Before you decide.

What will I receive?

Discuss a workflow map, a prioritized opportunity list, data and access constraints, and a proposed first test. The engagement scope determines which deliverables TAG will prepare; these are not an automatic fixed package.

Is this a financial or compliance audit?

No. This service reviews business workflows and AI readiness. It is not an accounting audit, legal opinion, certification, or regulatory assurance engagement.

What does our team need to provide?

Start with the workflow owner, the problem you want to solve, and a list of relevant tools. Agree any record samples and access permissions before sharing sensitive information. Do not send passwords through the contact form.

How much does an audit cost?

Fees and timing depend on the workflows, systems, available information, and agreed deliverables. Contact TAG to define the scope before committing. No savings or implementation outcome is guaranteed.

Do we have to buy an AI implementation?

The audit and any implementation should be scoped separately. A useful conclusion may be to improve the existing process, address data quality, or defer automation rather than add AI.
