AI RECEPTIONIST · BY TAG
An AI receptionist answers your business calls, asks what the caller needs, and captures the details so your team can follow up.

01 / TRY IT FOR YOURSELF
Choose your industry. Watch the example, then be the customer for a minute.
NOW TRY A REAL CONVERSATION
You’re the customer. Tell the receptionist what you need.
No signup. Browser demo requires microphone access.
TRY SAYING“My kitchen sink is leaking. Can someone call me?”
Demo only. No technician is dispatched. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services.
02 / FOLLOW THE REQUEST
Answering is only the beginning. Here’s how the information gets back to your business.
During a job, after hours or when the team is busy, according to your call-routing rules.
What they need, where they need it, and how your team can reach them.
A callback request, or an appointment or transfer when enabled for your business.
The request goes to the inbox or system you agree on, so someone can take it from there.
WHAT THE OWNER CAN RECEIVE
Your team gets the context to follow up. Delivery and connected tools depend on your approved setup.

03 / FIT IT TO YOUR BUSINESS
Your calls are the starting point. TAG can connect the captured request to your inbox, customer records or calendar, based on the setup you approve.

WHAT TAG SETS UP
*With activation of TAG managed AI voice service. Scope is confirmed for your business. Phone licenses, usage, taxes, hardware and third-party charges are separate. A 12-month managed-service agreement may be required.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
We start with your existing number and phone provider. TAG reviews forwarding and routing options before setup, so you know what will change and what stays the same.
The receptionist can answer when your team is unavailable, ask about the request, and capture callback details. You decide the hours and follow-up rules during setup. This is not an emergency dispatch service.
Those options depend on your phone system, calendar and agreed setup. We confirm the available connections and rules before activation. A captured request is not a confirmed appointment or a dispatched technician.
We agree on the information the receptionist can use and when a person needs to step in. The next step may be a callback request or a transfer, depending on your setup. It should not invent an answer, promise availability or dispatch help.
Watch a short example, call the industry number, or talk in your browser. Pretend to be a customer and use sample service details. The browser demo can show a saved request and optional email results. Any TAG calendar booking requires confirmation and creates a real demo meeting, not a service visit.
The managed AI receptionist includes a scoped website connection (or starter conversion website) and phone-system setup. Pricing depends on call volume, routing and required connections. Phone licenses, usage, taxes, hardware and third-party charges are separate. A 12-month managed-service agreement may be required. TAG confirms the scope and terms before you commit.
TAG reviews your services, existing phone setup and the calls you want handled. Then we confirm a demo and a proposed setup for your business. Submitting the form does not activate a paid service.
04 / MAKE IT YOURS
Tell us about your business. We’ll review your calls, services and current setup before recommending a plan.
