Your OpenClaw strategy on one page.
Capstone workbook. Take everything from modules 1-6 and produce the one-pager you can hand to your board on Monday.
Video module · in production
Read along below. The video drops shortly.
If your strategy doesn't fit on one page, it's not a strategy — it's a wishlist. Here's the page.
By the end of this module
- Produce a one-page OpenClaw strategy specific to your business
- Set 30/60/90-day milestones with named owners
- Identify the metric that proves the strategy is working
The one-page template
Block 1: One sentence on what you're automating and why. Block 2: First three pipelines, each with input/output and named agents. Block 3: 30/60/90-day milestones with owners. Block 4: The single metric that defines success. Block 5: Token budget and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Done.
Why one page
If your team can't recite the strategy from memory, they won't execute it. One page forces clarity. Anyone reading it should understand the goal, the path, and what 'done' looks like in 60 seconds.
What to do next
Three options: (1) DIY — take this template, build the pipelines yourself, ship in 90 days. (2) Hire — find AI engineers, build the team, ship in 6-12 months. (3) Partner with TAG. We deploy your AI workforce on OpenClaw in 30 days. We've shipped this for 19 industries. The strategy is the same. The execution is what we do.
Do this · before the next module
Fill in your one-pager today.
Use the template. Not next week, today. Even a rough draft is more valuable than a polished plan you'll never finish.
Share it with three people.
Your COO, your head of operations, your CFO. Get reactions. Iterate. The strategy gets sharper every time you defend it.
Pick a path and commit.
DIY, hire, or partner. All three work. None work if you're still in 'should we?' mode.
Workbook · 5-minute exercise
Fill in the one-page strategy template right now. Take a photo. Send it to one person who'll hold you accountable.
